1. Aluminum alloy profile requirements:

Aluminum alloy profiles and commonly used plastic material accessories should meet the quality requirements of aluminum alloy signage profiles.

The angle base deviation of aluminum alloy profiles is less than plus or minus 1 degree.

Plane gap <=0.4%*B (B is the width of the profile).

2. Requirements for acrylic sign processing:

Acrylic is molded and formed by hot bending, with consistent size and shape, and no bubbles or scratches on the surface.

After hot bending, the surface is treated with coarse sand, fine sand, and grinding to ensure that the surface is smooth and step-free.

3. Stainless steel process requirements:

The stainless steel plate must be dug, bent and welded (the stainless steel plate must be dug first and then bent to ensure the straightness of the edge); ensure that the arc angle R at the bend is <1MM.

Clean surface oil stains before welding to reduce defects such as false welds, pores, cracks and other defects caused by welds.

After welding, polish all visible welds to be as smooth as the surrounding surface without obvious scratches.

4. Paint process requirements:

A series of surface treatments such as cleaning surface residues, filling dust, and polishing.

It is painted with environmentally friendly high-quality paint. The paint room must be a dust-free workshop, and the paint surface should be coated three times and baked three times, with a coating thickness greater than or equal to 35 microns.

The paint color must meet the design requirements.

The topcoat film should be smooth and even, and no defects such as flow marks, wrinkles, orange peel, bubbles, inclusions, etc. that affect the decorative effect are allowed.

5. Silk screen printing process requirements:

The film is punched into the screen, and the screen printing surface is cleaned with alcohol or white oil.

The silk screen colors must meet the design requirements, the fonts and pattern strokes must be clear, and there should be no defects such as deformation and jagged edges.

There is no obvious bleeding phenomenon in the contrast between the color of silk screen graphics and text and the background color.

6. Finished appearance requirements:

After the installation is completed, the sign will have a beautiful appearance, with no screws, scratches, bubbles and obvious color unevenness on the surface. The paint must have no obvious color difference and the materials used must meet the design requirements.

The sign installation method is easy to facilitate panel replacement and maintenance.

7. The Chinese and English characters of the logo system should comply with the relevant standards of the country and the purchasing unit. If there is no standard, the translation must be confirmed by the design unit and the purchasing unit; the Chinese and English characters, colors, etc. of all logos and signs must be confirmed before production. It can only be implemented after it is submitted in writing to the purchasing unit for confirmation;

8. The various metal profiles and components of the marking system body, together with the internal steel frame, should meet the relevant national design requirements (should meet the requirements for wind load resistance) and ensure strength; the closing parts should be waterproofed;

9. The marking system must be firmly installed and easy to disassemble and assemble. All mounting brackets and bolts of the signage system should be galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment. The installation of all signage systems must be closely coordinated with other facilities to avoid any hidden dangers;

10. For parts of the marking system that use profiles, the cuts should not contain burrs, metal shavings and other contaminants;

11. The surface of the finished product of the marking system, whether it is the original surface or has other coating layers, must not be scratched or damaged;
